Comprehensive Mental Health Assessments
At Integrated Psychology Group, we provide in-depth Mental Health Assessments tailored to help individuals better understand their emotional well-being and mental health needs. These evaluations are uniquely designed to address the challenges of mid-life and older adults, taking into account the natural intersections of aging, medical conditions, grief and loss, and significant life transitions.

What to Expect

-
Time Commitment: The assessment process takes up to 2.5 hours and includes a thorough clinical interview, standardized questionnaires, and a review of personal, medical, and psychosocial history.
-
Holistic Approach: We recognize the ways aging can influence emotional health, from navigating chronic health challenges to coping with losses and shifting roles. Our evaluations aim to provide a comprehensive understanding of these intersecting factors.
-
Written Report: Clients and their referring providers (if applicable) will receive a detailed report outlining the assessment findings, including strengths, areas of concern, and actionable recommendations for therapeutic support or additional care.
-
Feedback Session: After the report is prepared, clients will meet with Dr. Salvi for a personalized feedback session. This meeting provides an opportunity to review results in depth, answer questions, and create a tailored plan for moving forward.

Why Choose a Mental Health Assessment?

Later life often provides a unique opportunity for introspection and growth. For many, early adulthood is a time of focus on building careers, raising families, and meeting external expectations—sometimes at the expense of addressing underlying emotional challenges. As these demands ease in mid-life and beyond, individuals may begin to confront suppressed emotions or unresolved struggles from earlier stages of life.

This phase of life offers a powerful chance to redefine oneself, face latent emotional challenges, and develop a plan to optimize mental and emotional health for the second half of life. Our assessments provide a pathway to understanding these challenges and turning them into opportunities for transformation, resilience, and well-being.

Whether coping with medical conditions, grief, or life transitions, or seeking to overcome stress, anxiety, or depression, our evaluations help individuals gain clarity and develop actionable strategies to thrive emotionally. At Integrated Psychology Group, we are dedicated to helping our clients embrace this transformative time with strength and confidence.
